For some reason I favor the material they released in the 70’s and British Steel, though recorded in 1980 is the perfect Metal album for me.

"SAD WINGS" was definitely a monumental album in Heavy Rock-metal history😁😁🤘🤘👍👍🖖🖖🖐🖐

They were the most incredible band late 70 early 80's.. british steel is still ripping me to pieces..lol..were they supporting point of entery here?..it doesnt matter..just listen to that i mean this is what it means to be a live heavy metal band ! every song is a joy and wonder to all the senses..5 star world class!

From 77 through 79 they were at their best in my favorite lineup especially with les binks on the drums

I was going to say that yes must have been great at this show but then I see people down here saying that they were God awful are you kidding me this was during the relayee album which is a killer album and I've seen three or four bootleg shows and heard bootlegs from that tour and they were absolutely incredible spot on.... I guess y'all don't Dig incredible music when you hear it. I mean I would have loved to have heard Chris Squire and Alan white the Rhythm Section and SteveHowe oh my goodness. I mean they were one of the headliners at this show. Judas Priest still hadn't taken off at this point I mean after the sin after sin album they started to really pick up steam that was about as Progressive of an album as you can get from priest and I still think it's their best studio album to date with Simon Phillips on drums.

John Hench wasn't worth a damn as a drummer. Too bad Simon Phillips didn't tour with them after recording sin after sin album which to me is their best studio album. But to me the best priest was lineup was from 77 through 79 with les binks on drums he made Ian Hill a better bass player.

Dave Holland sucks compared to Les Binks I don't know what they were thinking getting rid of him for Dave Holland. I mean you know Simon Phillips was on sin after sin their greatest studio album ever and then you want to have somebody that's resembles that drumming somewhat you get the guy and then you let him go for some guy that is plain Jane vanilla in Dave Holland. To me this is when this band was at its best from 77 through 1980
